Alex Ventosa serves as Acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Gyala Therapeutics, with responsibility for the company’s financial strategy, planning, and governance. He supports the Board of Directors by providing financial leadership and contributing to strategic and financial decision-making.
He is a Manager at Deloitte with over 10 years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on the startup ecosystem. He has extensive experience acting as CFO for biotech companies from Seed to Series A stages, working in close partnership with CEOs of venture-backed companies and supporting Boards of Directors as Acting CFO.
He holds degrees in Business Administration and Management from EAE Business School and in Law from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
